Drive-in's welcome – no deposit; advance reservations recommended but not required. This offer and all rates subject to change without notice. To guarantee this special rate through September 30, 2008, a $175 non-refundable deposit is required. Full monthly payment due at check-in plus a $75 electric deposit. Monthly fee is payable on the first of each month. No refunds for early departure. Three month maximum at this special rate. No other discounts may be taken with this rate.

Summer Camping & Boating Program: May 1 - Oct 31, 2008
Set up your RV in our resort this summer and enjoy our Tropical swimming pool, water front decks and boat slips with a boat launching ramp. Bring your power boat, Jet Ski, kayak or canoe for fun on the water with waterway access to the Gulf. We are 3/4 mile to beautiful Gulf beaches. Free cable TV. Wireless high speed Internet access is available. Minimum stay on this program is three months; 10% additional charge for 1 or 2 month programs. All reservations begin on the first of the month.

Rate includes 14 nights of camping each month. If you camp more than 14 nights, the special rate for extra nights for summer program RVers is $20/night plus 6.5% state sales tax.
The rate is for 2 adults and their children under the age of 16. Extra adults or children of any age not members of the immediate family are $5/night.
You may leave your RV on site and your boat at the dock when you are not on site.
Your electric use is metered and charged the first of each month and due on your next arrival.
Waterfront sites include a boat dock at the rate shown above. RVers on non-waterfront sites are charged as follows: Boat storage on a trailer or in a boat slip is $150/month or $10.00/per day, whichever is less.
Each site includes one vehicle (tow or towed vehicle). Extra vehicles are charged $75.00/month or $10.00/day, whichever is less.
5% late fee applies to all charges 5 days after due date.
Returned checks are charged $30.
Sorry, no subletting your RV or site. If you wish to have friends or relatives who do not live in your household use your site when you are not present, the regular daily summer camping rate applies and arrangements must be made in advance through the office.
Deposits: Effective February 1, 2008, first months’ fee is paid when you reserve your site for summer fun. The balance is due on the first of each month. There are no refunds for cancellations, early departures or unused nights. There is a 25% fee charged against the deposit for cancellation after April 1, 2008 if your summer reservation was made prior to February 1, 2008.
No other discounts can be applied to the summer program discount.

Sites are assigned upon arrival and can only be guaranteed for reservations of 4 months or longer.

Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation & Personal Emergencies:
Camping vouchers for future camping may be issued for overnight stays missed due to mandatory hurricane evacuations and personal emergencies that can be substantiated by written documentation. There are no vouchers or refunds for early departures that are made on a voluntary basis.
Reservation within 48 hours of arrival:
Deposit: One night paid in advance guaranteed on credit card: No refunds.
Daily and Weekly Reservations:
Deposit: Daily reservation - full payment with reservation.; Weekly reservation – one week deposit.
No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation: Less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled arrival day: No refund of deposit.
More than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 10% of deposit.
One Month Reservation:
Deposit: Full payment with reservation.
No refunds for early departure
Cancellation: Less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 25% of deposit.
More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival day: Full refund less 10% of deposit.
Multiple Month Reservation:
Deposit: 50% of total site fee for duration of reservation. Balance payable upon arrival.
Early Departure: Regular daily, weekly and monthly rates apply and balance is refunded less 10%.
Cancellation: Less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival: Full refund less 1 month.
31 or more days notice prior to arrival day: Full refund less 10% of deposit.
