What Holiday Cove Guests & Site Owners Say About the Resort
Rich and I are delighted to be new owners of a lovely site here at Holiday Cove RV Resort. From the minute we saw this terrific and very friendly RV Park, we knew we wanted to make it our second home. We are surrounded by abundant wild life, both in the charming canal and in the trees. We even have an owl nest we can view from the vehicle. Thank you all for making Rich and I feel so welcome.

After owning several other RV resort lots, we were so excited to have found Holiday Cove. I was sold instantly when I saw that this beautiful new resort had gulf access, friendly staff and neighbors, and centered in such a fabulous part of Florida where there is so much to do!

On a cold, snowy January evening in Michigan while surfing the net we stumbled upon an interesting ad. We were continuously looking for RV lots for sale and particularly in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Here is a place within walking distance of the Gulf beaches, great dining and on a canal. The location was perfect but it sounded too good to be true. Fortunately, we have friends in the area that agreed to drive over and take a look. They sent us pictures of the park and before we knew it, the check was in the mail to secure our piece of paradise.
It wasn’t until late April that we were able to actually visit. We fell in love with the Cortez/Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area and this diamond in the rough, Holiday Cove RV Resort.
We have owned Florida RV Lots in the past but nothing has compared to the location of Holiday Cove. The transition from our April visit to the most recent in November has produced a wonderful RV Resort. Ed & David have turned a trailer park into a first class RV resort. Ryan is willing to go the extra mile to guide you through the purchase process and all the staff have been friendly and helpful.
At Holiday Cove you can almost have it all – and the rest is within walking distance!

In past years we have wintered in the Miami area at Larry and Penny Thompson's RV Park. Last year due to illness we gave up our reservation and lost a spot for '09. In researching for a place to winter in FL and establish domicile, I came across Holiday Cove's website. We had previously considered the Villages, but it wasn’t comfortable. The thing that intrigued me about this new Holiday Cove development was its location and many amenities of the park and the community at large. In this location you have proximity the beach, water sports, baseball, golf, cultural events, on going education, and great restaurants. Need I say more? Everything The Villages tauts without the Stepford wives feel!!!
So, in October I made a trip to see if all that was said about Holiday Cove and the area was real. The park was rough then. Dirt piled everywhere and work men scurrying about like ants on a hill. However, one could see the vision of the developers coming together. So I put my money down, praying that the thing would achieve the plan that was on paper.
When I brought my RV to HC in December, all I can say is, WOW! This is the dream place to enjoy life when winter slows down living up North. The Park is as nicer than any we've stayed in anywhere in the USA. Plus in moving around to get my domicile established and get the rig set in place, I couldn't believe how convenient every thing is. Especially shopping, church, & all the services we'll need. Not to mention boating (we joined a club at the end of the canal) and the Post Office and barber are just across Cortez RD. There is also an ice cream shop that has the best butter pecan I've ever tasted. Thank the Lord this is a place one can easily be active with the pool and fitness center which is nearly complete.
The newly renovated club house with best in class shower rooms make this park feel like you are at your club back home.
Finally, the staff members are the nicest and most helpful folk you'll ever meet. What else could one hope for?!
Glad to be a Holiday Cove residents.

Coming from Canada, we have seen many RV parks, and none compare to Holiday Cove. Holiday Cove offers the beach, boating, area attractions, is a 5 star RV Resort. Many other parks have boating, but not the beach, or visa versa, but very few offer both. Combined with the over all quality of the park, and the fact that everything is brand new, it is an incredible place to stay. We love it so much that we bought 2 sites!!!

My overall experience at Holiday Cove has been nothing but positive. The staff, the owners, and the sales director are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The park itself is one of the nicest parks I have seen, and the overall quality really shows. We are happy to be a part of Holiday Cove, and look forward to getting many years of enjoyment out of the lot we purchased.

We have stayed at Holiday Cove for years in the past, and consider the park irreplaceable. So much so, that we bought a site to secure our place in the resort for years to come. Everyone in the park is friendly, social, and active, so it makes for a great experience. The park is only 3/4 of a mile from the Gulf, and Beautiful beaches. Also the park offers boat slips and a boat ramp with access to the intracostal waterway and the Gulf. When considering where to stay in Florida, Holiday Cove seems to be the best value and our number 1 choice time after time.

November 1st my wife & I have Florida on our minds. The Holiday Cove salesman gave us a call to let us know the exact date that our site would be under construction. Of course I got on a plane to watch this exciting confirmation of site # 34. It was amazing how helpful the developer and salesman were to me. They were more than happy to help me with transportation, lodging and overall customer service.I was very impressed with the quality of construction and the completion of our site. Holiday Cove RV Resort is going to be one of a kind and we are happy we are a part of it.

From Nova Scotia, Canada, to Cortez, Florida, we have traveled the past five years to an RV park we now call our second home. Holiday Cove has been our vacation destination and dream RV park. Just this year, we purchased a site at the newly renovated park. We are close to the Gulf beaches, close to great shopping and in a park where we know our neighbours. We are excited about the park renovations, new facilities and can't wait to spend our first Christmas in Florida! Great location, beautiful new facilities - the most economical choice for us!

Visited Holiday Cove at the end of October and to my surprise, half of the park was done. I was greeted by Dave, Ed, and Ryan, showing me all of the new improvements. It’s going to be one of the nicest parks in Florida. Has it all – boating, beaches, pool, local shopping, and most of all, brick paved lots with very attractive landscaping! The developers are going all out to make it nice. Thanks guys for a wonderful job!!!

We are thrilled with the way the park turned out! The developer has exceeded my expectations, and has gone above and beyond what was promised to the buyers. We couldn’t be happier.

We live about a mile from Holiday Cove but It’s a world apart from everyday life. We can be on the beach or on the Gulf in minutes. It's a great place for weekends, holidays or vacation any time of the year. The best and most affordable way to enjoy all Florida has to offer year round."

The opportunity is at hand to own an RV condominium site in Cortez FL. This small park is a real gem. The renovation is nearing completion. The park’s central west coast location is unbeatable to enjoy all of what Florida has to offer or stay close to your new home and enjoy the resort, its guests and activities. Take a short walk across the intracoastal bridge and hop the free open air trolly and explore Anna Maria Island's miles of beaches, shops and restaurants. Go inland a couple of miles and you will find every store you can imagine, including walk-in clinics and major medical facilities. The variety of boating experiences are limitless, whether you kayak, pleasure cruise or fish, its all right here from your own dock. As I have, other guests have been returing year after year to enjoy this paradise. Take a good look at the new Holiday Cove RV Resort. There's no where in Florida I would rather be.

It doesn’t matter if you rent a site or own one at Holiday Cove. The Resort is a wonderful place to spend a day, week or season. A wonderful cross section of the friendliest RVers you’ll ever meet, and its close to the beach with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from your own boat slip. Walk to restaurants and shops, ride your bike along neighboring Longboat Key and on top of all that, It’s now a completely updated, modern and new 5 star resort.
